During your massage
You’ll be comfortably draped, with pressure adjusted to what feels right for you. Want quiet? Perfect. Want to chat? Also fine. This is your time.

After your session
Most people leave feeling calmer, lighter, and more grounded. We may share a couple of easy tips (like hydration, gentle movement, or simple stretches) if it suits.

Your session may include a mix of techniques such as deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, or more —based on what suits you best on the day.

4) Simple next steps

If it’s helpful, you’ll leave with a straightforward plan—like suggested booking frequency and a couple of easy self-care pointers you can actually use.

Is relaxation massage good for stress?
Many people find it helps them feel calmer and less tense, especially when stress shows up in the body (tight shoulders, shallow breathing, jaw tension, restless sleep).

Whatever you arrive in is fine. You’ll undress to your comfort level and be professionally draped throughout the session.
